On February 21 & 22 nearly 200 people from across the diocese gathered for the Water and the Word Conference where they immersed themselves in the lesson of Ephesians 4 while learning and dreaming about the future of the church in Southwest Florida.
Opening with worship and the plenary The Narrow Path: The Journey of Growing Up in Christ from the Rt. Rev. Douglas Scharf, the conference continued through Saturday night, offering four plenaries, twelve workshops, and interactive prayer spaces grounded in the Diocesan Four Pathways: Forming Disciples, Transforming Communities, Embracing Differences, and Developing Leaders.
